Lucas R. Trambaiolli
Instructor in Psychiatry, McLean Hospital – Harvard Medical School
Welcome!
I am Lucas R. Trambaiolli, Ph.D., a neuroscientist and neuroengineer focused on advancing our understanding of brain circuits involved in psychiatric disorders. My research integrates neuroanatomy, neuroimaging, brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), and computational modeling to translate insights from basic neuroscience into practical tools for diagnosis and therapeutic interventions.
I currently serve as an Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and an Assistant Neuroscientist at McLean Hospital, where I lead investigations into limbic and attention circuits in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Through my K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award, I am working to develop neuroanatomically informed biomarkers and neurofeedback interventions to target dysfunctional circuits in psychiatric populations.
Thank you for visiting my website! Explore my publications and ongoing projects, and feel free to reach out for collaboration opportunities.
